SCOTUS Restores The First Amendment In Our Bill Of Rights

When the McCain-Feingold Campaign Finance Bill was first introduced, I said it would limit free speech and was violating the United States Constitution. By limiting spending in the last 30 to 60 days of an election, this bill prevented groups from presenting their views on issues.

The unions, from the Teachers to the Teamsters supported the bill. This was not surprising since they were exempt from the spending restrictions in the bill.

I was even accused of going against another Republican. I stood my ground and now I can proudly say I was right.

The Supreme Court Of The United States has overturned the bill.

As soon as the Bipartisan Campaign Reform Act of 2002 was passed, the news media went wild – they were also exempt, as they could report on the “political news”. Since most of the media in the United States is run by extreme far-left owners and editors, they were free to publish anything they wish under the guise of news.

Now everyone is on an even laying field. Maybe that is why the unions are mad. Even Obama has started another attempted coup against our Constitution. The New York Times reports:

President Obama issued a statement calling on Congress to “develop a forceful response to this decision.”

Just like a good Marxist that he is, Obama is planning to use Congress to find another way to restrict our God-given rights. Hold on tight to your Bible and your guns, as this is going to be an interesting three years.
