Stem cell misrepresentation

The headline reads “Stem cells heal heart attack scars, regrow healthy muscle” splashed across the page at CBS News ‘health pop’ page.  Immediately, most liberal minds tell us (and themselves) “Aha! See, stem cells really do cure.  Support stem cell research!”

In earlier times they would have said “Support fetal stem cell research!” or “Support embryonic stem cell research!”

The problem is that with all the money that the government has spent on embryonic stem cell research, there has not been a single cure for developed – not one!  The only thing gained with embryonic stem cell research, is that scientific egos get stroked by playing that they are a god.  Oh yes, they have destroyed life; that’s another accomplishment.

Down further in the article they say “The other 17 patients received stem cells, which researchers derived from raisin-sized pieces of patients’ own heart tissue.”  These stem cells are adult stem cells.

Thousands of cures have been developed from adult stem cells and not a single one from embryonic stem cells.  I think it is time for the government to stop wasting our tax dollars on a futile hoax as embryonic stem cell research.

Why should the government invest in this when every company has put their research money into adult stem cell research?  If someone with a severed spinal column, like Christopher Reed, walks again, it will be from adult stem cell research.

That headline should have read “Adult stem cells heal heart attack scars, regrow healthy muscle.”

I agree with President Obama

It is not that often that I can agree with a Marxist liberal.

It doesn’t matter if that person happens to be President or not.

It seems like President Obama would be a fun person to sit down and party with, or even have a nice game of basketball after a conservative vs. socialist discussion.

I doubt that I would ever get the chance to do that, but I’ll keep an open invitation for him to attend Worship Jam if he wants to worship Jesus and His Father. Read more »

Environmental Control – Part 2

The flower power children in the 1960′s were part of the “Peace, not War” movement sponsored by the Communist Party USA and the Communist Party in the USSR (now Russia). Out of this sprung the idea that it was easier to destroy the United States from within rather then through war, as the United States military always wins the wars. (Lyndon Johnson set us on a path to defeat with limiting the Vietnam war rather than just going in, actually winning the war victoriously, freeing the people from Communism and then set up them for self sufficiency.) Environmental Control – Part 1

The Copenhagen Global Warming summit should have been held in Amsterdam. Amsterdam was warmer and the attendees could have smoked their pot, hash and whatever else they were smoking legally. Yes, it seems like they were partaking of some type of mind-altering substance with all of the goings-on. Read more »

Science Of My Youth

In some of my youth I spent quite a bit of time experimenting in science.  Proving that a textbook experiment about compression of gasses was completely wrong and confirming it with a live demonstration only fuelled my search for more experiments.  No science book in the libraries within tem miles were left unreal, including the entire Collier’s and Britannica Encyclopedia. Cool Hand Gore

Al Gore, the self-proclaimed inventor of the Internet, unsuccessful Presidential candidate and the world’s leading expert on Global Warming has a slight problem.

No, it’s not the pending passage or defeat of the Carbon Cap and Tax legislation.  Big Al will make out either way. Read more »

Secret Government Project – Part 4 of 4

Various other people have volunteered and the government was able to fake their deaths and have their brains join the project.

Despite the secrecy, on July 5th, the following headline appeared in the Mirror, a news organization in the United Kingdom: Read more »

Secret Government Project – Part 3 of 4

While no bodies from executions were used before 1980, prisoners on the death rows in Texas, Virginia and Oklahoma were “executed” with elaborate shows to appear as though they were successfully put to death.  In reality, they were only knocked unconscious by a neurotoxin.  The bodies were removed from the prison and cremated, but only after the heads were surgically removed and connected up to their blood source. Secret Government Project – Part 2 of 4

The mouse could see and could also move its front legs.  With just a head and arms, the amount of nutrition to keep the third of a mouse alive was considerably less.  Thus it looked like there was another way to transport an animal with a minimal food supply.  More successes in the animal world led the government scientists to move forward and start to plan trials on a human body.
