‘Living for 32’ will be shown on Monday, May 16th, 2011, at Town Hall in Seattle, Washington. For $5 you can have a chance to ask some questions in support of the Second Amendment and hopefully educate the public that may be attending.
This event is being sponsored by some gun-banners in an attempt to stir the public up into asking for draconian gun laws. The objective is not to change the presenters, just the public they are trying to brainwash.
Details are available at Left Coast Firearms.

I like my Glocks. So do a lot of other people.
I would venture to say that a lot of our nation’s police departments use a 9mm Glock.
A wide receiver, Plaxico Burress has played for the Pittsburgh Steelers and New York Giants football teams. He loves his Glock, although he should have taken a safety course on how to carry one and also get a CCW license.
Even Representative Gabrielle Giffords who survived an assassination attempt a week ago was quoted as saying “I have a Glock 9mm, and I’m a pretty good shot.” Read more »
It is not that often that I can agree with a Marxist liberal.
It doesn’t matter if that person happens to be President or not.
It seems like President Obama would be a fun person to sit down and party with, or even have a nice game of basketball after a conservative vs. socialist discussion.
I doubt that I would ever get the chance to do that, but I’ll keep an open invitation for him to attend Worship Jam if he wants to worship Jesus and His Father. Read more »

I have always said the “progressive” movement, which started its real heyday in the 1920’s, has always been controlled by the communists. I have been proven out with each and every protest the far-left has made.
You can prove this for yourselves. Just pick up fliers from the protest and closely examine them. You will find the protest is backed by the Communist Party, USA or some flavor of it. Read more »
I see a group of Second Amendment supporters that have seemed to have bit the apple (without the urging of Eve) and are urging people to vote for Jerry Brown for Governor.
They point to Meg Whitman’s bad stance on the Second Amendment. I admit Meg does not have a stellar record on the 2A rights. Read more »

If you have not done so already, read Part 1 of this article before going any further.
I repeat the warning you will see graphic pictures that show what happened to an officer who is an expert in hand-to-hand combat. DO NOT CONTINUE IF YOU ARE ADVERSELY AFFECTED BY SEEING WHAT THE SO-CALLED WINNER OF A KNIFE FIGHT LOOKS LIKE.
The officer, against his better judgment, but probably within the rules of engagement for his department attempted to disarm a person with a knife. Read more »

People see on the news where a police officer shot a drunk or even sober civilian and killed him or her. You hear the chants from the riots in the streets “He only had a knife (or broken bottle or other sharp instrument) so the police should not have killed him. Excessive force!”
Let me share with you some advice: Read more »
I posted this a few days ago on the Golden State 2nd Amendment Council blogs. It is important so I must post it here.
What are you going to do when the government tells you what to buy? Well, there is not anything meaningful you can do – you will have to buy medical insurance. If you didn’t vote, you have no reason to complain.
What are you going to do when the government tells you that you cannot have a magazine that holds more than 10 cartridges? If you are in California, there is nothing you can do. If you didn’t vote against those who are committed to oppressing us, you have no room to complain. Read more »

What will work against a mob is a nice semiautomatic Bushmaster in .223 or larger caliber. Yes, I am talking about those EVIL, black firearms that the uninformed legislators like to call assault rifles.
My mind still sees that Korean shop keeper in the middle of a riot with stores burning all around him standing with such a firearm. Amazing the mob left his shop alone as well as the shops near his. Read more »

Oakland, like just about every other major city in the United States is run by a liberal/progressive political machine. It is also in debt because the machine is spending more than it can steal from it’s citizens.
It would seem to me that they would first cut back or eliminate duplicate and non essential services. Common sense would tell you to keep essential services running, like schools, fire and police.
In their infinite liberal wisdom, Oakland is eliminating 10% of its police force!
In a city that laid claim at times to the top ten murder rates, that is the last thing you want to do. In fact, if economic times get much worse you will need more police. Read more »
