Being that it is Independence Day in this great Republic, The United States of America, I find it fitting to refer you to a great article posted from a place you would normally associate with hippies, war protestors and flag burners (the U.S. flag, not any other one), Santa Cruz, California.

Pray to God with worship and thanks, as He is our Creator who gave us the Unalienable Rights of which our Founding Fathers enumerated some, but not all, of them in our Declaration of Independence, Constitution of the United States and The Bill Of Rights. Also Pray to God with thanksgiving that our founders created our Republic that we enjoy today.
Also give thanks for the millions of men and women Americans of all descents for their service they gave to us in defending these Rights for us and people all over the world who requested our help in remaining free or for liberation from tyrants. Many of our troops paid the ultimate sacrifice to make and keep us free and it is our duty to make sure we remain that way.

Norm Coleman gave up today when the Minnesota Supreme Court assigned his Senate seat to Al Franken, the SNL comedian and Extreme left-wing Marxist leader of Air America which went bankrupt during his radio show.
The first policy statement out of his mouth was his announcement that he will push the Marxian government mandated health care. The second piece of stuff out of his mouth was his promise to make Minnesota the center of alternative energy to lead the way to eliminate the need for foreign oil. I bet he is not talking about drilling our own oil, just drilling us, the taxpayers.

The city of Bozeman, Montana has been doing that for years.

On top of this the House of Representatives run by Madam I-worked-hard-for-this-title Pelosi voted to create Carbon Trading Billionaires sponsored by the plebian tax payers.
The Democrat Party is working on culminating the Marxist/Socialist wet dream of epic of all time. Socialized medical forced upon their citizens/subjects is the ultimate people control other than mass murder.
