Due to years and years of liberal tax and spend policies and to the vast drain on the economy by citizens of our southern neighbor, also caused by liberal politicians and sanctuary cities, California is running out of money.  Even every liberal city is going broke, and those cities have even stooped to creating more parking restrictions and doubling and tripling parking fines to try and keep the money flowing into their coffers.
