Elena Kagan, self-touted as the second Jewish woman on the Supreme Court is getting opposition from what on the surface appears to be an unlikely source. Normally, when a member of a minority group gets nominated for a lifetime seat on the prestigious Supreme Court, advocacy groups from that minority are all too happy, as they should be, to support that person.

I was listening to Rabbi Daniel Lapin on KSFO Sunday afternoon as I was driving back from Sodom by the Sea (San Francisco). He can’t be my Pastor, but he can be my Rabbi.
He was talking about multi-culturalism and said he would love to attack a country that had a great multi-culturalistic army. The thing about multi-cultralism is that no one can agree on a set of morals and moral behavior. It is possible, however to have a mixed society that have one thing in common: we are all Americans.
